Cancellation policy

Thank you for your booking with us. We understand that sometimes things can come up and you are unable to start your trip.

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. We will fully refund any payments received using the original method of payment.

You can partially cancel free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival date. We will refund 50% of the booking price using the original method of payment, but not more than the amount actually received from you (e.g., in the case of a partial deposit).

Cancellations made less than 15 days before your arrival date are non-refundable.

You do not need to state a reason.

For your security, cancellations must be made in writing. You can either use our contact form or send an email to: fontane76@oliver-hesse.com

Please always include the booking number and the name of the person making the booking.

This is to protect the person making the booking from fraudulent cancellation by unauthorized third parties.

For reasons of booking security, we do not accept verbal cancellations.
